Zahedi dates
The shape of this date is elongated and oval, with a sharply narrow and pointed tip.
Estamaran dates
Estamaran dates have a light brown, shiny skin, and the sugar content of top-quality Estamaran dates ranges from 60 to 70 percent, giving them a very sweet and delightful taste.
خرما ربی
این خرما حالتی نیمه خشک دارد، سیاه رنگ است و دارای بافتی نرم می باشد. خرما ربی ارزش غذایی بسیار بالایی دارد.

شکل این خرما، بیضی کشیده و انتهای آن کاملاً باریک و نوک تیز است.

خرما استعمران پوستی قهوهای روشن و براق دارد و میزان قند خرما استعمران درجه یک بین 60 تا 70 درصد است و به همین دلیل، طعمی بسیار شیرین و دلچسب دارد.

خرمای مضافتی یا همان خرمای معروف بم به صورت تازه بین ۲۰ الی ۲۵ درصد رطوبت دارد. این نوع خرما با توجه به رطوبت بالا به عنوان خشکبار محسوب نشده و شرایط نگهداری آن در دمای بین -۵ تا ۵ درجه سانتیگراد میباشد
خرما پیارم
خرما پیارم بازارپسندی بالایی دارد. پوست نازک این خرما به رنگ قهوهای تیره و گوشت و پوست آن کاملاً به یکدیگر چسبیدهاند.
خرما خاصوئی
خرمای خاصوئی نام گونهای از خرما در جنوب ایران است. این گونه از خرما بسیار مرغوب است، دانهای گرد و رنگی سرخ کمی مایل به نارنجی دارد. پوستش نازک و خوشطعم است.

The stages of preparing Mazafati dates
Date harvesting
In the harvesting stage, fully ripened clusters of Mazafati dates are carefully separated from the date palms to preserve the quality and freshness of the product.
Processing and separation
After harvesting, the dates are transferred to processing centers, where they are sorted based on size, color, moisture, and quality. In this stage, low-quality and damaged dates are separated.
Washing and disinfection
The dates are washed and disinfected according to hygiene standards to remove any impurities and dust from their surface. They are then dried under suitable temperature conditions.
Packaging and storage
